We consciously and intentionally formed a co-spirited organisation from which innovation, cultural effectiveness and creative leadership is continually encouraged through our nimble and agile, processes and procedures. We are sincerely grateful; value all stakeholders and maintain a deep respect for one another. For us to serve you well, we commit to being consciously diligent within our living enterprise; leading from the collective, primary flow of Our Natural Gifts.
We have come a long way from the days when each one of us began carving out our career niches in finance; banking; accounting; capital raising; IT; music production; natural therapies; counselling; circuit speaking; corporate training; social enterprise and business advisory; community development; consciousness guides; and as invited mentors across many disciplines; and masters of the long lunch. 🙂

The co-founders, silent partners, and all stakeholders understand that the warmth and value of being true to oneself when navigating a social setting is more profoundly transforming, longer lasting, and more ‘real’, than in the ‘coldness’ of a corporate boardroom.
With many years in the womb of both, they bring the value of sense of place and design of space to facilitate ease and flow through Position and Timing (for both personal leadership, and organisational effectiveness).
We are fortunate enough to be on the ‘other side of competitive-egoism’ (well, we’d like to believe so). 🙂 We shoulder a healthy respect for our shortcomings and enthusiastically embrace future learnings; as we bring our individual brands of ‘grown-up’ to heart-centred, learning leadership.
